How Cloud drives the Ground lion platform architecture
13:20 - 14:05
Ground lion is a low-code platform for adaptive case management which helps you to manage files and cases flexibly. The product offers the end-user the necessary freedom and adaptability to apply his knowledge without being hindered by a rigid process. Creating a product that is ready for the Cloud produces quite a few hurdles. Concerning a low-code platform such as Ground lion, distinct challenges arise as well. Learn how we achieve automation needed to fully embrace the Cloud and discover how Ground lion is designed to work most efficiently and how Ground lion’s architecture enables flexible integration with existing application environments. In this session, we will show you what we’re currently working on and what our plans for the future are, illustrated by several examples of successful projects.

An Enterprise Architecture Framework for Cloud Adoption and Transformation
13:20 - 14:05
Cloud Transformation often ends up being a bloated Application Portfolio. And instead of realizing the initial promise of simplification, it ends up in complexity which increases risks and operational overhead for your enterprise. Typical charachteristics of complexity include no clear internal ownership of cloud application and IT components in use, lack of alignment of IT with strategic goals and data and security concerns. Based on our typical combination of research initiatives and gained experience we will give you valuable insights in our method to support your cloud transformation initiatieves. And as an easter egg, we will even give you a sneak preview on our approach to Cloud Intelligence at the end of the session.

Manageable Cloud Infrastructure for mission critical applications
13:20 - 14:05
End-users should have the infrastructure support they need when it’s needed, swiftly, without a lot of administration and with full control of their budget. How can we offer you a viable, secure alternative for your local infrastructure? And how can we seamlessly integrate private and public cloud? During our presentation we will direct you through the transformation from on-premise infrastructure to a hybrid cloud environment, supported by a consumption-based model. This model results in a cost-effective way of working with your IT resources and allows your IT department to focus on value creation for the core business of your organization. During this session, we will present the design of our flexible, cost-efficient and fully controllable solution.

Think, talk and learn about the business potential of API’s and their strategic value as a product
14:10 - 14:55
Organizations generate tons of valuable data and interfaces on top of applications. This information and these applications are mainly used for internal use and to support operational processes. You could however see these assets as a warehouse of products that are ready to be sold. Organizations spend a lot of time cultivating these products so why not valorize them? API’s can be the cornerstone of your organization's digital transformation! Strategy and vision both in culture and technology are key.

Become a Cloud Native through Application Modernization
14:10 - 14:55
Unless you are a hosting company or a cloud provider, there is no inherent business value in IT infrastructure. So what if you could put an end to the perils of managing IT infrastructure and just focus on what matters most? That’s right, focusing on building & running the apps that your employees and customers value! Based on a successful customer case, we will talk about a proven and efficient method to develop and deploy enterprise-ready applications with the Azure platform.

How to manage a succesfull roll-out of MS Teams?
14:10 - 14:55
MS Teams is a great tool to improve communication and collaboration in and across organizational units. However, rolling out MS Teams without a decent governance plan is quite risky: roles and responsibilities are unclear, new sites are created all over the place with scattered information as a result … In the end, users of the platform find it hard to search for a team or for correct information. In this session we will zoom in on the main reasons why MS Teams needs governance and how we can provide an answer to these questions by the use of a connected PowerApp.

APIs that continuously add value in a modern society
15:30 - 16:15
We're faced with several challenges such as sharing data in a safe and transparent way, maintaining a maintainable flexible IT Landscape and how we could distinguish ourselves from our competition. Correctly collecting, processing, transforming and presenting data can be at the centre of  it. Through a proof of concept with an API Management platform we translated similar requirements in reality for the organisation Drechtsteden. We delivered specific, impactful improvements and a strategy that is measurable that will support Drechtsteden as a digital leader in the long run.

Three ways to accelerate Analytics & Insights in the Cloud
15:30 - 16:15
With all the hype-driven news, starting with AI can be intimidating for organisations. From our experience with our clients, implementing data-driven solutions has never been more within reach. By leveraging the cloud, state of the art data-driven solutions can be set up in a couple of weeks, putting organisations on track towards continuous delivery of business value through data. In this session we will share use cases and experiences from our projects on building modern data platforms, enabling self-service BI and delivering data-driven apps for retail, industry & government.

Citizen Development on the MS Power Platform
15:30 - 16:15
Often companies spend months building applications, just to see that their new app is already outdated when being launched. Build applications in days instead of months. Applications can be built using the MS Power Platform and existing data connections. Power Apps will then enable you to build the necessary screens, while automations can be done through Power Automate. The Power Platforms focuses on rapid visualizations, development, release and maintenance, and.. most of these features are already included in the Office E-licenses. We will clarify this by zooming in on two customer cases where we've successfully set up several PowerApps.
